The event, which collects funds for medical equipment, was born in memory of Alessandro Mantero, who died from a tragic illness.

Some of the greatest comedians on the Genovese and national scene performed, free of charge, at the event. Many of them come from successful television programs, such as Zelig and Colorado.

All of the donations and proceeds from the food stand will be used to purchase a neonatal ventilator, which will allow for better management of mechanical ventilation for premature babies who are hospitalized every year at the Gaslini Hospital in Genova.
