On 22nd July 2020, the Port System Authority of the Western Ligurian Sea granted PSA Genova Pra' S.p.A. and Terminal Contenitori Porto di Genova S.p.A. (now, PSA SECH), authorisation for the restructuring of the respective corporate structures.

At the end of this restructuring, within the Port of Genoa, PSA assumed management control of both PSA Genova Pra' S.p.A. and that of the SECH terminal of Calata Sanità (formerly controlled by Gruppo Investimenti Portuali S.p.A.), with the aim of being able to provide ever greater facilities and operational flexibility to its customers.

Since then, a process of integration of people and procedures has begun which, in July 2021, led to the birth of the PSA Italy brand, with the aim of serving the vision of freight forwarders, importers and exporters of all sizes and categories and with the will to unite over time under his aegis all the acquisitions of PSA in Italy.

To date, the brand refers to the two Genoese organisations united by the sole PSA management, namely PSA Genova Pra’ and PSA SECH, and includes PSA Venice from 2022, with the aim of welcoming any further PSA acquisitions on national soil, in order to be able to serve its customers better and in an increasingly efficient and integrated way.

The goal that guides the organisation is the continuous search for innovative solutions to create a strategic centre capable of responding to the needs of the market, supporting the local and global economy.
